For clients who don't require an engineer, but just need to hire a powerful high quality speaker system.

£150 per day

Dry hires will require 3 forms of I.D: Passport, Driving Licence and recent utility bill. At least an Estate Car will be required.

Small Band PA
For clients who don't require an engineer, but just need to hire a powerful high quality speaker system.

2.2kW Yamaha FOH PA system
2 x 10" DXR10 Speakers
+ stands and power cables.
(Suitable for small band Vocal PA, Solo or Duo with Backing Tracks PA. Not for mic'ing bands)

£40 per day

Dry hires will require 3 forms of I.D: Passport, Driving Licence and recent utility bill.

Dave Phillips
Head Engineer

Dave is a veteran of the Music Industry as a performing musician, producer manager and teacher.

He has spent the recent years producing popular tribute shows in theatres across the UK including DS:UK, Genesis Legacy and Seriously Collins.
He also produces singer/songwriters at his studio "White Room" in Southampton.

Dave has been in the music industry since 1998, graduated School of Sound Recording as an Audio Engineer in 2003 and completed his Bachelor of Arts in 2013 with a 1st with Honours.

Alongside industry work, he lectures Audio Engineering for Point Blank International Music School and Academy of Music and develops FE and HE courses in Audio Production for these.

He's also a Certified Trainer for Avid and a Certified Expert in Pro Tools, training Audio Engineers across the country in the efficient use of the industry standard recording software Pro Tools.

Dave's experience in the industry as a producing and performing musician gives him the uniquest of perspectives as an engineer - knowing what the musicians need on stage and understanding the goals of the producers.

Josh Bannister
Primary Engineer

Josh is a FOH engineer based in Southampton, experienced in live sound. After completing an NVQ in music performance, Josh furthered his education in the music industry, completing his university degree in 2019.

From the age of 16, Josh started learning to play the drums, playing in local working bands through College and University. Josh also learnt to play guitar, taking work as a Guitarist.

Josh graduated from University with an Upper Second-Class Honours, in Music Production. Throughout his degree, Josh learnt the skills to produce music in various environments including Pro Tools.

Learning these skills, and developing his knowledge on the industry is what gave him the drive to become a sound engineer. From being a musician, Josh has a keen ear for music, bringing excellent production and engineering, to the highest quality.

Josh works regularly: working for a local groups and events in venues across the South.

Growing up listening to all genres of music, from Pink Floyd to Alanis Morrisette, Josh enjoys listening to a variety of different music. Because of this, he has a general understanding of how to adapt to different musical situations, ensuring quality production for an amazing performance.

Josh is a hard working, enthusiastic engineer who is looking forward to working with some incredible musicians, making sure that they, and the audience get the best experience possible, giving them a night they will never forget.
